Community Outreach Officer, Oslo

Hope for Justice is seeking a driven, multi-lingual professional to work on the frontlines of the fight against human trafficking in Oslo, as a Community Outreach Officer. The role will involve identifying victims, working directly with them to assess their needs and appropriate support that can be offered, and sharing any gathered intelligence in an effective and efficient way.

The Community Outreach Officer will work closely with other organisations or facilities where potential victims are likely to present, ensuring their staff or volunteers understand the common indicators of trafficking and can make an effective referral on to Hope for Justice. This could include medical professionals, homeless shelters and drop-ins, other charitable organisations and social services.

This is a key role for Hope for Justice and we would welcome applications from candidates with diverse cultural knowledge and experience.

Oppsøkende sosialkonsulent, Oslo

Hope for Justice søker en engasjert, flerspråklig fagperson som skal jobbe i førstelinje i kampen mot menneskehandel i Oslo, som oppsøkende sosialkonsulent. Rollen innebærer å identifisere mulige ofre, jobbe direkte med dem for å vurdere behov for bistand og videre oppfølging, samt å dele innsamlet informasjon på en effektiv og profesjonell måte.

Den oppsøkende sosialkonsulenten vil jobbe tett med andre organisasjoner og bedrifter som kan være i kontakt med mulige ofre, og trene ansatte og frivillige opp til å gjenkjenne tegnene for menneskehandel for at de kan referere personer videre til Hope for Justice. Dette kan være helsepersonell, frivillige som jobber med hjemløse, andre ideelle organisasjoner og sosialtjenester.

Dette er en nøkkelrolle i Hope for Justice, og vi oppmuntrer søknader fra personer med flerkulturell kompetanse og erfaring.
