HR Manager

At Hope for Justice, our most important resource is our incredible people. We are seeking an experienced and talented HR Manager to grow, support and develop our team and to take the lead on a wide range of important human resources matters, from staff engagement and supervision through to learning & development, as well as change management. The successful candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices, with a sound knowledge of employment legislation and its application, as well as key systems and technology relevant to HR, including HR cloud and recruitment systems. Someone with specific knowledge of the charity/voluntary sector is desirable, but this is not essential.
