Programme Development Specialist

Hope for Justice exists to bring an end to modern slavery by preventing exploitation, rescuing victims, restoring lives and reforming society – do you share our passion to live in a world free from slavery?

Hope for Justice is seeking an exceptional candidate with at least five years’ hands-on experience with charitable or development experience in the Global South to join our team as Programme Development Specialist.

The role also involves working alongside those responsible for securing funding for our projects, technical input and strategic input into the overall direction of travel for Hope for Justice as we seek to bring an end to modern slavery.

The successful candidate will have experience of the anti-trafficking sector and a relevant qualification in project/programme management. The role will suit someone with a proven expertise in relationship-building, facilitation of workshops and working groups, critical thinking and a fundamentally ‘hands-on’ attitude.

This role is truly flexible – it can be based out of any of Hope for Justice’s main offices in Europe (UK/Norway) or Africa (Ethiopia/Uganda). We would welcome applications from candidates with diverse cultural knowledge and experience.
