UK Hubs Manager

We are seeking a UK Hubs Manager to provide first line management and strategic direction for the Hub teams in the UK (comprising investigators and community outreach workers).

The role means being Hope for Justice’s technical lead for victim identification in the UK, convening and supporting this area of practice globally, while setting the charity’s outreach and investigative strategies and prioritising resources effectively.

The role requires previous experience managing outreach and investigations activities, ideally as a lead investigator, senior outreach worker, or other similar role. Ideally this would be coupled with experience of working with vulnerable people (such as victims of sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, bonded labour or domestic servitude; or experience of working with sex workers, street-based homelessness, refugees, and/or those with mental health or substance misuse issues).

Location: This position will be home-based initially, until Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted. Thereafter, it will be based at head office in central Manchester.
